Ravens Parking at M&T Bank Stadium: Where to Park in 2026

Updated January 28, 2026 | By Derek Washington, Season Ticket Holder

The cheapest parking near M&T Bank Stadium is the Camden Yards lots at $30-40. The closest lots are Lot H and Lot J at $60-75, which sit directly adjacent to the stadium. Street parking in Federal Hill is free but fills by 10am for 1pm games. The best overall value is the Hamburg Street lots: $25-30 with a 10-minute walk to the gates.

Understanding the Stadium Campus

M&T Bank Stadium sits in the Camden Yards Sports Complex in downtown Baltimore. It shares parking infrastructure with Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The stadium holds 70,745 fans. When a Ravens home game lands on a Sunday in fall, roughly 50,000 vehicles converge on a three-block radius.

I have held season tickets since 2012. I have parked in every lot within a mile of the stadium. The information below reflects real experience, not marketing copy from the team.

Official Stadium Lots (Pre-Paid Only)

The Ravens organization controls the lots immediately surrounding M&T Bank Stadium. These lots require advance purchase through the Ravens app or Ticketmaster. Drive-up sales are not available for most games.

Official Lot Pricing (2026 Season)

  • Lot A (PSL Holders Only): $75-100 (closest to south gates)
  • Lots H and J: $60-75 (adjacent to stadium, quick exit)
  • Lots B and C: $50-60 (moderate walk, tailgating allowed)
  • Lots D and E: $40-50 (near Ravens Walk, popular for groups)

Lots open four hours before kickoff. Tailgating is permitted with restrictions. Charcoal grills are allowed. Propane grills require approval. Open fires are prohibited.

Camden Yards Overflow Parking

When the Orioles are not playing, the Camden Yards lots (Lots A through F on the east side of the complex) open for Ravens games. These lots offer the best balance of price and proximity.

  • Price: $30-40 (advance purchase), $45-50 (game day cash)
  • Walk time: 8-12 minutes to M&T Bank gates
  • Exit time: 20-30 minutes post-game (better than stadium lots)

The Camden lots exit onto Russell Street, which flows north toward downtown or south toward I-95. The traffic pattern is more forgiving than the stadium lots, which funnel onto Hamburg Street.

Third-Party Lots: Hamburg Street and Beyond

Local businesses and parking operators run lots along Hamburg Street and Leadenhall Street. These lots offer the best value for fans willing to walk.

Hamburg Street Lots

Price: $25-30 cash
Walk time: 10-12 minutes
Vibe: No-frills gravel lots, attendants wave you in

These lots sit under the I-95 overpass along Hamburg Street. They are ugly. They are cheap. They work. I parked here for three seasons before upgrading to official lots.

Ridgely's Delight Area

Price: Free street parking (residential zone restrictions apply)
Walk time: 12-18 minutes
Availability: Fills by 10am for 1pm games

Ridgely's Delight is the neighborhood directly west of the stadium. Street parking is free on Sundays but regulated on weekdays. Read the signs carefully. Towing is aggressive.

Federal Hill Street Parking

Federal Hill sits one mile south of the stadium. Street parking is free on Sundays. The walk takes 15-20 minutes, but many fans prefer it because they can stop at bars along Light Street before and after the game.

Strategy: Park on Warren Avenue, Ostend Street, or West Street. These streets fill later than Charles Street and Cross Street, which are closer to the bars.

Warning: Federal Hill parking enforcement is active during Orioles-Ravens double-header weekends. Check for posted game day restrictions before leaving your car.

Parking Garages: Higher Cost, Lower Stress

Downtown Baltimore has multiple parking garages within walking distance of the stadium. Prices run $35-60 depending on distance and demand.

Penn Station Garage

Address: 901 N Charles St
Price: $35-40
Walk time: 25-30 minutes

This option works for fans arriving by train from DC or Wilmington. Park in the garage, walk down Charles Street, and hit the harbor on your way to the stadium.

Harborplace Garages

Address: 200 E Pratt St
Price: $40-50
Walk time: 15-18 minutes

The Inner Harbor garages offer climate-controlled parking and easy access to post-game restaurants. The walk is pleasant along the water.

Traffic Patterns and Exit Strategy

Exiting the stadium area takes 30-60 minutes depending on your lot location and departure time. The bottleneck is Russell Street, which connects to I-95 and I-395.

Fastest exit strategies:

  • Leave during the fourth quarter if the game is decided.
  • Wait 45-60 minutes after the game. Let the first wave clear.
  • Park in Federal Hill and walk away from the traffic entirely.
  • Use Conway Street to reach I-83 north, which is less congested than I-95.

Rideshare pickup zones are located on Hamburg Street. Expect surge pricing of 2-3x from 30 minutes before the final whistle until 90 minutes after. Budget $40-60 for a ride downtown.
